FAQ:

How long before my coconut is mailed out?
** Three to Four Days: One day for credit card processing [ orders received business days before 4pm EST ] then 2 - 3 days drying time dependent on your design choice and on the weather.
** Please contact us if you require the coconut expedited, as we can rearrange the queue putting you in the front of the pack;
we do offer expedited postal delivery via USPS [ additional charges apply ]
In stock items that most often will shipout the next day: Hollow or cup with sunset, beach ocean, palm tree theme

Can you send invitations directly to recipients for me?
Yes, we do this all the time for customers. Feel free to send us additional items to enclose in the boxes, such as maps, RSVP cards, packing materials [we use newspaper]...

Is this a reputable company?
We've done work for Microsoft, Yahoo.com, Hewlett Packard, Disney, Johnson & Johnson, Country Music Television, Hilton, Neiman Marcus, Outrigger Resorts, ESI International, Hip Gifts, Beckman Coulter, ADN Communications, HH Brown shoes, eSecLending, RMI Resorts, King & Prince Seafood, Darden Lentz, Paramount Parks and Cadillus Software. Working with names like these says a lot.

Are boxes free?
Yes. And, if you require us to mail boxes to you for mailout from your location, we will only charge you what we are charged for shipping by USPS. Please note that boxes are subject to availability.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Some countries prohibit the whole size coconuts, but all other products [cups, hollows and half shells] can go anywhere. We'll advise you with shipping options via email. We ship to you with the 'treat as abandoned if undeliverable' via USPS. For that reason, we will not get products returned if your address is wrong.

I want to paint my own coconuts, how should I go about it?
Clean the coconut product with mild soapy water and dry. Because of the ease of clean up and availability of a wide variety of products, we use acrylic based paint, acrylic clear top coat to seal and protect and finally permanent markers to add detail. You may use lacquer based if you like, just make sure that all products are the same type - either all acrylic or all lacquer.

I want to order blank coconuts. How long for mail out?
The next business day after processing of your order.
