How do I order?

I want to order more than 25, do I get a discount?
Yes! Please submit a Quote Request. Answer the questions that apply.

I want to paint my own coconuts, how should I go about it?
Prepare surface by sanding and cleaning if necessary. Allow to dry. Because of the ease of clean up and availability of a wide variety of products, we use acrylic based paint, acrylic clear top coat to seal and protect and finally permanent markers to add detail. You may use lacquer based if you like, just make sure that all products are the same type - either all acrylic or all lacquer.

I want to order blank coconuts. How long for mail out?
1 - 2 business days after processing of your order. Large orders may ship via UPS Ground, at our sole discretion.
I don't want a receipt in the package. Is that possible?
Receipts are not included with coconut orders. Receipts are emailed once we receive, review and process your order.

How long before my PAINTED coconut order is mailed out?
Please allow 5 - 8 business days painting/drying time [but often as soon as 2 - 3 days] for orders of 1 to 4 painted products. Blank or unpainted products ship within 2 business days after receipt of order. Standard USPS shipping then takes 2 - 3 days and UPS Ground takes 2 - 6 days [we use UPS for heavier packages]. Expedited USPS postal delivery is available [additional charges apply].
** Contact us if you require the coconut expedited. During slower periods we can rearrange the queue putting you in the front of the pack.

Can you send invitations/sales promotion coconut products directly to recipients for me?
Yes, we do this all the time for customers. Feel free to send us additional items to enclose in the boxes, such as maps, RSVP cards, packing materials [we use newspaper]...

What are my payment options?
Discover, MasterCard, Visa, postal money orders and cashier's checks. Since a few dishonest people messed it up, no personal checks are accepted. First time company checks are subject to a one week clearing period. Please make payable to Paradise Multimedia, our parent company.

Can I pay by personal check?

Are boxes free?
Yes. And, if you require us to mail boxes to you for mail out from your location, we will only charge you what we are charged for shipping by USPS. Please note that boxes are subject to availability.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Leis, cups, hollow coconuts and half shells can go anywhere, however some countries prohibit the whole size coconuts. We'll advise you with any applicable restrictions via email. We ship to you with the 'treat as abandoned if undeliverable' via USPS. For that reason, we will not get products returned if your address is wrong.

How to mail a coconut

Shipping prices are calculated in the shopping cart. Please note that for heavier packages, we may ship via UPS Ground. Products ship from Ohio. Please 2 - 5 days for shipping [depending on the destination] in addition to production time. Typical production time is 5 - 8 business days painting/drying time [but often as soon as 2 - 3 days] for orders of 1 to 4 painted products. Blank/unpainted products ship 1 - 2 business days after receipt of order. Expedited USPS shipping service is available and additional charges apply. Contact us if you require the coconut expedited. During slower periods we can rearrange the queue putting you in the front of the pack. Invoices are not included with coconut orders. You will receive an email confirmation and a receipt. Whole Coconuts can be shipped as shown at the right without a box to US destinations via USPS. One side of the coconut is reserved for the addressing information. Even though we apply two coats of protective clear spray, coconuts are bound to get a little dinged up in transit if shipped without a box. Per postal regulations, international orders must be packed in boxes. Excelsior packing material is available and is shown to the right. The default packing material is newspaper. We're all about recycling here! Feel free to send us additional materials to enclose in your boxes. For international orders, we will calculate and advise of shipping costs via email, prior to charging your credit card.
