How long until the order ships?
1-4 painted products: Please allow 6 - 10 business days painting/drying time [but often as soon as 4 - 5 days] for painting and personalization. Contact us if you require the coconut expedited, as we can rearrange the queue putting you in the front of the pack.
Unpainted products ship in 2-3 business days.
Invoices are not sent with coconut orders.
You may purchase a gift message card when ordering.
Do you drop ship?
We drop ship to your mailing list, or send all coconut products to you. Feel free to send sales literature and any other materials for us to include in the boxes with your custom coconut products. References for corporate orders are available upon request.
I want to paint my own coconuts, how should I go about it?
Prepare surface by sanding and cleaning if necessary. Allow to dry. Because of the ease of clean up and availability of a wide variety of products, we use acrylic based paint, acrylic clear top coat to seal and protect and finally permanent markers to add detail. You may use lacquer based if you like, just make sure that all products are the same type - either all acrylic or all lacquer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Leis, cups, hollow coconuts and half shells can go anywhere, however most countries prohibit the whole size coconuts. We do not ship whole coconuts out of the USA.

Should I buy a whole coconut or a hollow coconut?
For invitations, incentives or sales promotions we suggest hollow coconuts, because they are very uniform, have a long shelf life, can be displayed on a desk and are inexpensive to ship. However, the unique novelty of getting a real whole coconut in the mail is totally fun. Whole coconuts only ship to the mainland USA and can ship without a box. All other items can ship internationally and must ship in a box.
